Contents Pack Out & Inventory
When your home or business requires extensive and specialized cleaning, our professionals can conduct an organized, efficient move-out by itemizing, recording and relocating a customer’s contents to a secure location. Often times a move-out protects contents from further damage, ultimately providing for a faster restoration and remodeling process.
This process includes:
- Taking digital photos of the job site.
- Performing an initial scope and job estimate.
- Packing, tagging, sorting and listing all claim items, including those that do not need to be cleaned.
- Moving contents to our warehouse, where items will be clean and deodorized.
- Moving items back to the customer.
Once the property has been successfully restored, we will work with the customer to coordinate a plan to return all contents back into the home or business in concurrence with their insurance coverage.
